Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch Schedule
We run our processing on Fridays. All orders received before [cut-off time, e.g. 9am Friday] will be included in that week's processing run. Orders received after this time will be processed the following Friday.
Once your film has been processed and scanned, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible — typically the same day or the following working day after processing is complete.
What We Return
Along with your processed film, your returned order will include:
- Your negatives, sleeved and labelled
- Any prints ordered (if applicable)
Packaging
We take care to package all film and prints securely to prevent damage in transit. Negatives are returned in archival sleeves inside a rigid or padded mailer as appropriate.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [aaronandjames@negativespacefilmlab.com] within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will raise an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note that once a parcel has been handed to the carrier and a tracking reference issued, responsibility for safe delivery passes to the carrier. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked service for higher-value orders.
